HIIT sessions consist of several bursts of very intense exercise followed by short periods of rest. These workouts are typically completed in 30-minutes or less.

Once again, Fitbits (Apple watches, Garmin bands, and all brand fitness & GPS trackers/ heart rate monitors) are in. In fact, wearable tech is so popular that it made the number 1 spot on the ACSM’s Top Fitness Trends for 2017.

This Danish, lifestyle buzzword describes the overwhelming feeling or mood that arrives when you enjoy life’s ordinary moments. In a fast-paced world that is filled with instant gratification, it’s important (and healthy!) to stop and find pleasure in the little things.
This new-age therapy puts a cool spin on the traditional ice bath.
