We are in the city of Monrovia, part of the San Gabriel Valley and just North of Los Angeles. We are the Valley’s first Cryotherapy spa. We serve a diverse clientele, from young school age athletes to the professional athletes, seniors, and everyone in between. We pay attention to the needs of the customer. When they first walk in, we get to know them and focus on how our services can help. There are occasions when we recommend they seek other sources for their situation. For those we can help, we offer a variety of memberships and packages to provide the best value for their need.
Tell me about your goals/vision for your business.
Our primary goal is to provide the very best cryotherapy service and treatment for our customers. This may mean we cannot provide service to every customer. If this is the case, then we ARE giving that customer the best we offer. In terms of vision, we see us growing to become a world-class cryotherapy service provider, carrying the cryotherapy message to other locations in California and even abroad!
Why the decision to add cryotherapy?
This is a simple question to answer and stems from a very practical one — cryotherapy works! Running marathons took a toll on my body. When I was given very little hope with doctors relegating my solutions to surgery and pain medications, I discovered the amazing healing facilitation of cryotherapy! It works for me and so many others too.
Why did you decide to partner with Impact Cryotherapy?
There are many choices for cryo equipment. We originally planned to use another type of cryosauna. Before making the final decision, we expanded our research and determined Impact Cryotherapy provides the best unit on the market compared to the key categories of customer use, comfort, construction, performance, maintenance and overall owner support. We have rarely needed to call customer support, but when we have, we receive the help we need to resolve our issue. The other reason we are glad we partnered with Impact is they continue to strive to make their product better. We have shared several suggestions and recommendations and know they are pursue upgrades and modifications that will only make their cryosauna better. This confirms we made the right choice.
How has cryotherapy been received by customers?
We have been fortunate that customer feedback is extremely high when it comes to their experience and response to cryotherapy at Aurora Cryo Spa. The biggest compliment we have received is when customers recommend or refer others. Often a customer will literally bring a family or friend and pay for the session. They believe that strongly in what we do and what cryotherapy does for them. We are grateful.
How do you promote the cryotherapy?
Currently, we are building our exposure to the community and use of cryotherapy as an alternative modality to typical surgery or opiate medications. Along with our website, we use social media to get the word out and interact with the public. We are engaged with other venues, such as street fairs and conferences and special events in the community.
Why do your clients utilize cryotherapy?
Typically, customers that repeatedly use our service fall into three main categories for cryotherapy use: the need to address chronic pain, restoration from physical activity or overall health and/or beauty.
